The Haunted Shelf: Halloween Slots Springbok Has in Its Lobby
Springbok's lobby holds 15 Halloween slots on our count of the Slots tab, read on 9 October 2026: witches and cauldrons, two vampire counts, a zombie, voodoo and a red-moon castle. Only Crimson Castle, Bubble Bubble 2 and Count Spectacular have published specs; the rest are named, not described.

Springbok's press release lists this coupon; the spins run on Seahorse Surge only. Redeem it in the cashier before you play.
Witches, vampires and zombies: the shelf by sub-theme
A Halloween slot dresses its reels up for the night of 31 October: capes, cauldrons, candlelit castles. Springbok's lobby sorts games by type rather than theme, so the grouping here is ours, made from each title's name and, where it exists, its official art or Springbok's own preview. How we decide what goes where is set out on the about page.
Read that way, the shelf falls into four loose groups.
Witches and cauldrons
Witchy Wins, Witch's Brew and the Bubble Bubble series: Bubble Bubble, Bubble Bubble 2 and Bubble Bubble 3. The middle game is the only one Springbok has described in detail.
Vampires and castles
Crimson Castle, Count Spectacular and Count Cashtacular. Count Spectacular's lobby tile files it under a vampire theme; Count Cashtacular's name points the same way, though Springbok has not described it.
Zombies, ghosts and voodoo
I, Zombie, Ghost Ship and Voodoo Magic. Ghost Ship is a haunted vessel, so it also sits on the ocean shelf.
Pumpkins and party nights
Halloween Treasures, Punky HalloWIN and Spooky Wins put the holiday straight into the name; Divas of Darkness joins them on mood alone. Springbok has published no details for any of them.
If witches appeal more than ghouls, the dragons and fantasy shelf carries on the spell-casting with wizards, genies and goblins.
Crimson Castle, Bubble Bubble 2 and Count Spectacular compared
The titles on this shelf with documented specs come from very different eras of the lobby. Set side by side, they show how little a shared theme tells you about how a game behaves.

Volatility is the lobby tile's own label; the plaques further down carry every published line.
Crimson Castle: the new arrival
The castle is the shelf's newest resident and its only title with official art. Springbok's review gives it a return to player of 95% and a hit rate of 1 in 95, without saying what counts as a hit, and quotes a ceiling of “Top award up to 50,000x the bet per line”. Read those as Springbok's figures, not a forecast: a ceiling is the rarest outcome a game allows. A fuller walk-through of the release is on this Crimson Castle release page.
Bubble Bubble 2: a choice of free-game modes
The older witch game is the shelf's wildest ride on paper: its tile labels the volatility very high, which usually means long quiet stretches between returns. What sets it apart is choice. Springbok's preview describes free-game modes of different lengths and a pair of witches on the outer reels that multiply wins; the plaque below has the detail.
Count Spectacular: the oldest name on file
A lobby release date of 15 December 2010 makes it the oldest of the documented titles, and its tile lists “Local progressive random jackpots (Minor and Major)”. Springbok's only write-up is an old Game of the Month post on its blog, describing an expanding Count wild and a choice between free games and re-spins. That post also carried a coupon that expired long ago, so we leave it out.
Series and sequels on the haunted shelf
Several Halloween titles come in families, which helps if you liked one and want the next:
The Bubble Bubble series. Bubble Bubble, Bubble Bubble 2 and Bubble Bubble 3 are all in the lobby at once, so the original and its follow-ups can be tried side by side. Only the middle game has a spec sheet on file.
The two Counts. Count Spectacular and Count Cashtacular share a naming joke. Springbok has not said whether the second is a sequel, so we do not call it one.
Crimson Castle stands alone, and it was the only title from this shelf in the lobby's New Games tab when we read it. One other new arrival with a dark name, Devil's Jackpot, stays off the shelf: Springbok's preview presents it as a fiery classic three-reel game, not a Halloween one. Older titles are not lesser ones; they usually just have less written about them, which is why most of this shelf has no plaque. For those, the game's own paytable and help screen are the best guide, and you can look before you stake. Springbok says logged-out players get a one-off R1,000 practice (fun-money) balance that does not renew Springbok says, checked 9 October 2026.
Halloween free spins and the coupon rules
October is the month this shelf leads our home page, and Springbok says it runs a themed free-spins feature every month. Springbok's October free spins feature, Wild Little Monsters, gives 25 free spins on Seahorse Surge with coupon SCARYSCARY until 31 October 2026, according to its press releaseSpringbok's free-spins feature changes each month; check its promotions page for the current coupon.
Two details are easy to miss. A seasonal coupon is tied to the game Springbok names, and that game is not always on the matching shelf, so read which title a coupon covers before you plan a session around it. And free spins carry their own conditions: Free-spin winnings must be wagered 60x the initial free-spins value in ZAR; at most 5x that value can be withdrawn; free spins are tied to one game Verified, checked 9 October 2026.
If you would rather play the haunted titles with a deposit bonus, Springbok's terms let all slot play count towards a bonus's wagering unless that bonus says otherwise. Deposit coupons need 30x the deposit plus the bonus, and no single bet may go above R100 while the bonus is active.
Picking a spooky slot for the night you have planned
Choose the theme first, then the fit. A few questions narrow the shelf quickly.
1
How long should the session last?
Higher volatility tends to mean longer dry runs between returns. Bubble Bubble 2 carries the lobby's very high label and Count Spectacular a high one, while Crimson Castle is marked medium.
2
Which feature do you enjoy watching?
Crimson Castle builds towards a Hold & Spin round; the Bubble Bubble sequel and Count Spectacular lean on free games and expanding wilds.
3
What is the budget?
Decide the rand amount and the stopping time before the first spin, not after a near miss. Our responsible gambling page lists the help lines if it stops feeling like a game.

Names are copied from the lobby letter for letter, so Punky HalloWIN keeps its capitals. A "specs" link jumps to that title's plaque, and "also on" means we filed the game on a second shelf too.
Bubble BubbleThe first cauldron game in the series. No published specs.
Bubble Bubble 2specsTwo witches and a wild ghost; the sequel Springbok's preview covers in detail.
Bubble Bubble 3The third brew in the series. Springbok has not published details for it.
Count CashtacularIts name echoes Count Spectacular; how the two relate is not published.
Count SpectacularspecsA vampire host with an expanding wild. Springbok's only write-up is an old blog post whose coupon expired long ago.
Crimson CastlespecsA dark castle under a red moon; the shelf's only official art.
Divas of DarknessHere on the strength of its name; Springbok has not described it.
Ghost Shipalso on OceanFiled twice: a haunted ship belongs with the ocean games as well.
Halloween TreasuresThe holiday is right there in the name; nothing else is published.
I, ZombieThe shelf's lone zombie, judging by the title.
Punky HalloWINSpelled with the lobby's own capitals.
Spooky WinsSpooky by name and by nothing else on file so far.
Voodoo MagicDark magic rather than a witch's cauldron; filed here for the mood.
Witch's BrewCauldron imagery in the name, no published specs.
Witchy WinsA witch in the title, joining the cauldron crowd; no details published.
On our count, 15 titles in the lobby's Slots tab fit the theme, from Crimson Castle and the Bubble Bubble series to I, Zombie and Voodoo Magic. Ghost Ship is counted here and on the ocean shelf.
What is the newest Halloween slot at Springbok?
Crimson Castle. Its lobby release date is 30 September 2026, and it was the only title from this shelf in the lobby's New Games tab when we read it.
Which Halloween slots have a published RTP?
Only Crimson Castle, which Springbok's review puts at 95%. No return to player is on file for the other titles on the shelf, so we do not print one.
Is there a Halloween free spins code at Springbok?
Springbok says it runs a themed free-spins feature each month. While one is current, its coupon shows in the offer plaque at the top of this page with the game, terms and end date; the spins are tied to one named game, which need not be a Halloween title.
Is Ghost Ship a Halloween slot or an ocean slot?
Both, on this site. A ghost ship is haunted and seaborne, so we list it here and on the ocean shelf. Springbok's lobby sorts by type rather than theme, so either home is our call.
