People who publish a theme site can apply. Streamers can apply. Creators in South Africa whose work is casino content can apply, including people who own the site they publish on.
Browsing a shelf is for readers. Applying is for publishers.
What the programme supplies
The programme asks you to sign up. It then supplies tracking links.
Commission is earned on the players those links refer. Theme Shelf does not add a rate, a payout timetable or tiers.
